Designing the Daily Work Routine

To solve the hassle of manually organizing to-dos that arose as workload surged, the designer decided to directly design a product instead of looking for an existing to-do app.

To create a tool that could best understand the context of the user (themselves), the following core features were defined.

• AI auto-registration: When a specific emoji is added to a Slack message, Claude Code reads the content and registers it as a to-do
• Context preservation: Automatically links the original thread and document links together with the to-do
• Priority management: Provided in the form of a widget that is always visible on screen so that to-dos are not missed

Beyond simple feature implementation, a UX writing guide was applied to train the AI to extract only the core points from long messages and summarize them into 'sentences that read as if I had written them myself.'

This personal attempt spread to team members, and it has established itself as a tool that solves the common problem of 'context gathering and priority judgment' that many people experience regardless of their job function.
