Unified Offline AI App 'Box' for Android Released

Box is a security-enhanced Android application that operates completely offline, with no internet connection, cloud, or account required.

A single APK integrates the following four inference engines:

• Chat: Utilizes LiteRT and llama.cpp to support GGUF models, with NPU acceleration support for Snapdragon, Tensor, and MediaTek.
• Image generation: Generates images fully offline from SD 1.5 GGUF models via stable-diffusion.cpp.
• Speech-to-text: Uses whisper.cpp to support models from Tiny to Small, with audio data never leaving the device.
• Vision AI: Supports Gemma 4 E2B/E4B models via LiteRT.

For security, it features chat history encryption via SQLCipher AES-256 and a biometric app lock feature.
