Taisei Corporation, a leading Japanese construction company, has adopted ChatGPT Enterprise to accelerate talent development across the organization. The strategy goes beyond simply boosting productivity, leveraging AI as a technology that expands human potential.

For its rollout approach, the company adopted a 'Middle Out' method that combines leadership direction with on-the-ground energy. Through this, it operated the following programs to let AI naturally permeate everyday work:

For information security and trust, the company worked with its information planning department to build a governance framework including access control, usage log management, and regular monitoring.

As a result of the adoption, the company recorded a high weekly active usage rate of 90%, and saved 5.5+ hours per week per employee. In addition, more than 3,300 Custom GPTs were created.
