Various Ways to Collaborate with Teams and Tools in ChatGPT

OpenAI has launched new collaboration and security features for ChatGPT to boost productivity for teams and organizations. At the core of this update are Shared Projects, which maximize team-level work efficiency, and Connectors, which strengthen integration with external tools.

Key update details are as follows:

• Shared Projects: Available on Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans, allowing team members to share files and instructions to achieve common goals. Private memory per project maintains context while safely managing sensitive data.
• Tool Connectors: Integrates with various tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, GitHub, and Dropbox to directly bring in relevant information. This has improved the accuracy and speed of answers, and ChatGPT automatically selects the appropriate connector for the situation.
• Security and Compliance: Strengthened security for enterprise AI environments through ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 27701 certifications and expanded SOC 2 reports. It also supports role-based access control (RBAC) and enhanced SSO.
