Real-Time Collaboration for Flows

ElevenCreative Flows now supports real-time collaboration features. Multiple team members can now open, edit, and run the same Flow simultaneously. With real-time cursor display, inline comments, and follow mode, the entire team can go through build, review, and approval processes on a single canvas.

Key features include:

• Real-time synchronization: When a team member shares a Flow, changes are reflected instantly, and other users' editing process can be seen in real time. This allows team members with different roles—such as copywriters, designers, and producers—to work simultaneously on a single pipeline.
• Context-based comments: Comments can be left directly on nodes, connections, or outputs. Feedback stays attached to the work context instead of being scattered across separate documents or messengers, enabling efficient review.
• Follow mode: Clicking a collaborator's avatar lets you follow that user's viewport in real time to check the pipeline configuration or results.

This update also applies to Basic Seats users. Reviewers or administrators, for example, can view shared Flows and leave comments even with lower-privilege accounts. In addition, combined with the shared credit pool and Files, the centralized asset library, the entire process from ideation to final output production can be completed in one stop within ElevenCreative.
