Building a Vibe Coding Collaboration and Management Environment with AWS Kiro

The AI-RE team is experimenting with a Vibe Coding development system in which multiple developers and multiple AI Agents collaborate based on a single set of common guidelines and project information.

This model utilizes AWS Kiro's Spec-based development, Steering, and Hooks features. It combines these with the real-time collaboration of Notion and the reproducibility of Git, aiming for an environment where development can proceed around an approved planning version even when multiple workers are working simultaneously.

The key features and integrated elements are as follows:

• AWS Kiro: Spec-based development and control via Steering/Hooks
• Notion: Real-time collaboration and project information sharing
• Git: Ensuring reproducibility of the development process
• Proprietary domain Lock and change detection: Preventing conflicts during parallel work

Currently, agent permission management, Snapshot version control, Lock parallelism, and quantitative performance measurement are areas under continuous improvement.
