Streamdown v2: Smaller Bundle Size and New Remend Options

Streamdown, an alternative to react-markdown designed for AI streaming, has announced its v2 major update.

The core of this update is a dramatic reduction in bundle size. By adopting a plugin-based architecture, it has become much lighter than the previous version.

The key new features are as follows:

• Caret indicator: Displays a cursor at the end of streaming content to visually signal to users that generation is in progress.
• Remend configuration: Allows users to configure the markdown-healing library Remend to their desired level, enabling control over the intensity of markdown correction during streaming.
