Muse Spark 1.2 Now Available on Vercel AI Gateway

Meta's Muse Spark 1.2 is available on Vercel AI Gateway. This coding-focused update improves code generation, complex debugging, codebase understanding, and end-to-end development workflows while retaining the general-purpose capabilities of the previous Muse Spark.

It supports full repository generation and end-to-end building of large-scale projects, designed for long-running tasks that involve writing code, compiling and profiling it, and iteratively improving it.

In the AI SDK, you can use it by setting the model to meta/muse-spark-1.2. For coding agents, connect Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Pi using the vercel ai-gateway coding-agents setup command, then select the model.

AI Gateway provides a unified API for model calls, along with usage and cost tracking, retry, failover, and performance optimization features. It supports Custom Reporting, Zero Data Retention, API key budgets, and routing rules, applying provider prices directly without charging inference platform fees.
