Elastic build machines released in beta

Vercel offers Elastic build machines in beta on all paid plans. It can be configured at the team or project level, so teams don't need to manually adjust build performance for each project.

The core idea is that each project is individually evaluated and automatically assigned the machine level it needs. Simple projects use the cost-efficient Standard build machine, while more complex tasks are automatically scaled up to Enhanced or Turbo machines.

This approach is designed to reduce over-provisioning of resources and strike the right balance of performance and cost for each project. It can be turned on in team settings or project settings, and builds documentation is also provided.
