Summer of Agents: Free Course on Building and Scaling Agents from Google Experts

Google Cloud released free lectures and hands-on courses to learn how to design, build, and deploy AI agents into real production environments. Based on Gemini Enterprise Agent Ready(GEAR), it allows step-by-step learning from agent fundamentals to multi-agent orchestration and operations.

The roadmap includes the following courses:

• Intro to AI Agents: Learn the basic concepts of autonomous agents and the potential for productivity innovation.
• Agent Fundamentals: Understand decision-making models and execution loops, and learn how to build adaptive agents rather than fixed automation.
• Enterprise Agents and Use Cases: Connect enterprise KPIs with agents and resolve operational bottlenecks using frameworks ranging from no-code to high-code.
• Create Your First Gemini Enterprise Application: Build deep research agents, multi-agent ideation, and analysis apps using Gemini Notebook, and earn a skill badge.
• Human-Centered AI: Learn human-centered agent operation methods by harmonizing automation speed with human intuition.
• Agentic Strategy: Discover, Design, and Prototype: Design user journeys without code and create real retail prototypes using Google's transformation framework.
• Orchestrate Multi-Agent Workflows with Gemini Enterprise: Orchestrate multiple agents, integrate first-party and third-party data, and automate complex business tasks.
• Engineer AI Agents with Agent Development Kit(ADK): Develop production-grade agents using live search grounding, structured JSON schemas, and ADK pipelines.
• Add Currency Tools to an Agent Using MCP: Connect LLMs to external systems using MCP, securely integrate real-time databases, and deploy via CLI.
