Mission and Values of Inflab's Development Team

Inflab's development team, as product engineers, sets its mission as earning trust by solving internal/external customers' problems with the right tools at the right time. To this end, the team pursues four core values: respect, excellence, trust, and execution.

The team's way of working follows these principles:

• Mutual respect and psychological safety: Recognize colleagues as experts and solve problems through clear communication rather than emotion.
• Building trust capital: Prioritize trusting relationships with colleagues over winning arguments, and revise strategies through execution.
• Contagious culture: Spread a positive culture by being a good example oneself rather than lecturing others.
• Fact-based reporting: Exclude speculation and clearly distinguish facts from personal opinions when sharing information transparently.
• Separating emotions from work: Be careful not to let personal moods become attitudes that affect colleagues.
• Not being confined to roles: When gaps between tasks are found, solve the problem first before determining whose role it is.
• Choosing appropriate solutions: First grasp the essence of the problem, review whether it truly needs to be solved through programming, and then select the optimal technology.
