Olive Young Store Settlement Story

At Olive Young stores, settlements are made not only for simple product sales but also for various items such as tester products, rent, consumables/supplies, mate welfare points, and lost item costs.

When a customer completes payment at the POS, transaction data is generated and sent to the settlement system. The system classifies the received data by cost item and calculates and manages the amounts.

The main components of settlement data are as follows:

• Purchased products: Product-level sales settlement is carried out based on product name, quantity, amount, and taxable/tax-exempt/VAT amount information
• Payment: Fee calculation for each payment method, including cash, card, simple payment, gift card, and CJONE points
• Accumulated points: CJONE points earned upon purchase are also included as a separate settlement target
