From Personal Retrospectives to Organizational Assets: 3 Years of SK Planet's Tech Blog Journey

SK Planet's tech blog Tech Topic, since its relaunch in January 2023, has established itself over 3 years as a channel for building retrospectives and personal branding beyond simple technical documentation.

In the first half of 2024, it built its foundation with an average of 0.5–1 contributions per month and view counts around 1,000–2,000. In the second half, it grew to around 5,000–6,000 by increasing articles focused on AI and developer retrospectives. Then in July 2025, it comprehensively improved content, performance, SEO, and AEO based on GA4 analytics.

As a result, in 2025 the number of published articles doubled from 14 the previous year to 28, establishing a steady publishing structure of about twice a month. The content scope also broadened to include development case studies, tech culture, seminars, education, and AI, evolving into a more user-friendly tech channel.

The biggest milestone was 10,838 PV recorded over the 30-day period from October 15 to November 14, 2025. During this period, a total of 11 articles were published, evenly mixed with 5 development case studies, 3 developer culture pieces, and 3 technical information pieces, showing an inflow structure not dependent on any single article.

Even more meaningful than the numbers was the shift from individual-centered contributions to team- and project-based collaborative contributions.

• By jointly reviewing planning, development, and troubleshooting together, both the knowledge-sharing culture and recording of shared achievements were strengthened.

If the past 3 years were a time of re-establishing the blog's identity, the next stage will involve considering the sustainability of tech sharing and promotion beyond simply delivering technical content. Having already established itself as the most active tech channel among SK Square's subsidiaries, it is expected to continue growing as a key platform for communicating the company's development activities and SK's tech culture externally.
