Year-End Mode ON, R&D Center Turns Out in Full Force

The 2025 R&D Center Year End Party was a gathering that focused on atmosphere rather than formality. Even amid the cold winter air, an outdoor space was chosen where fire, food, and conversation could blend together, capturing the feeling of spending the year-end together.

A month before the event, a TF was hastily formed, and members divided roles to prepare with intensity. Lee Dong-won set the overall flow, Lee Min-gu coordinated venue selection and major decisions, and Yoon Tae-min handled detailed operations and communication. Hong Ji-hyun was in charge of spreading updates and on-site support, Seo Ji-min added atmosphere and fun elements, and Lee Da-yun took responsibility for the photo wall and banner production, as well as on-site assembly.

The goal was clear: to create a day where participants only had to show up and enjoy themselves. The team moved quickly through comparing venue candidates, adjusting headcount and logistics, responding to schedule changes, and checking the checklist the day before, and even on the day of the event, the TF circulated the venue from start to finish to manage the flow.

The moment attendees stepped into the venue, the atmosphere shifted into year-end mode. After receiving a hot pack and checking in, people moved to their tents, settled in, grilled meat, and exchanged greetings with neighboring tents as the party naturally got underway. A relaxed laughter and ease rarely seen in meeting rooms could be spotted everywhere.

Midway through, group games raised the energy even further. A representative from each tent took part while the rest focused on cheering, and in particular, nostalgic ddakjichigi (Korean flip-tile game) brought big laughs. As short, fast-paced games continued one after another, the venue grew even more heated, and the winning team received delicious food as a prize.

Afterward, the prize drawing and awards ceremony followed, drawing everyone's attention to one spot. Regardless of who won, an atmosphere of celebrating one another continued, and the day wrapped up amid applause reflecting on the year.

Even as the tents were cleared and people began preparing to head home, the lingering feeling of "today was fun" remained. It was a gathering centered not on flawless production but on the atmosphere people created together, and so the final page of 2025 closed, leaving behind the energy to kick off 2026.
