TLDR Hiring GTM Engineer for Applied AI Division (Base Salary $175k-$205k + Bonus $40k-$60k, Fully Remote)

Tech newsletter network TLDR is hiring a GTM Engineer within its Applied AI team to oversee Go-to-Market (GTM) systems. This role goes beyond simple system maintenance; it is a building role focused on leveraging AI to solve existing RevOps (Revenue Operations) problems and redesign GTM processes.

Key responsibilities include managing HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, and building automated workflows. In particular, the core focus is applying an AI-first perspective to solve traditional RevOps challenges such as attribution analysis, and collaborating with the Applied AI team to build AI-driven GTM operating models.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own GTM Systems: Manage HubSpot, attribution analysis, quota updates, new product launches, and data pipeline construction.
• Data Integrity: Build data pipelines, maintain field accuracy, and automate monitoring via dashboards.
• AI Application: Enhance GTM systems using AI and build automated agent workflows.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience operating GTM systems in B2B SaaS or tech companies.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and the ability to design product-centric solutions.
• Understanding of AI-driven GTM systems and familiarity with API/integration technologies.
