Upstage AskUp Builds AI Counselor for Sebasi

Upstage has installed its own AskUp technology on the Sebasi website to create the Sebasi AI Counselor. Clicking the chatbot logo at the bottom of the website leads directly into a chat window where users can search for lectures and educational content in natural language.

For example, asking "Tell me popular lectures" will provide information on popular lecture topics, speaker details, and even links. Users can then continue the conversation or start a new one to more easily explore the various content Sebasi offers.

• By training on Sebasi's internal lecture content data, it reduced hallucination compared to general-purpose models.

Upstage previously developed its own LLM, SOLAR, and has been expanding it into a private LLM specialized for training on internal company data and preventing information leaks and hallucinations. Going forward, the company plans to broaden its applications beyond AI chatbots into domain-specific generative AI areas such as customer-tailored marketing and AI-based customer counseling.
