Upstage to Hold Online Event for Software Engineers

Upstage will hold the online event 'Upstage Talks' for software engineers at 8 PM on the 24th. The event will feature experience-sharing and a panel talk from current engineers.

The theme is 'What Do Front-End and Back-End Developers Do at an AI Company?', covering what software engineers do at Upstage, the joys and challenges of the work, and Q&A on career and job-related topics.

Speakers include Engineer Minchanghyun, who previously worked at Amazon, PM Lee Junyeop, who has experience as a technical leader for OCR at Naver, and Engineer Baek Suyoung, who has experience at Samsung Electronics, among others, who will share their actual work experience.

Applications to participate will be taken from the 16th to the 23rd on Upstage's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram), and after the event, presentation videos and materials will be released via the website and YouTube channel.

Upstage has built up its technical capabilities through paper presentations at international AI conferences such as NeurIPS, AAAI, ACL, and EMNLP and by securing top Kaggle developers, and is also planning to launch 'AI Pack' this year. AI Pack provides OCR, semantic-based search, and recommendation technology reflecting customer information and product characteristics in a one-stop format that includes data processing, modeling, and continuous updates.
