Key Metrics and Workforce Changes:

• 60% of companies said they plan to fire employees who fail to use or refuse to use AI.
• 77% said they would exclude employees who resist AI from promotions or leadership roles.
• 92% of C-suite executives are cultivating 'AI super users,' who show 5x higher productivity than regular employees.

Light and Shadow of Adoption, and Conflict:

• While 97% of executives acknowledge the benefits of AI, only 29% of companies reported meaningful ROI (return on investment) through generative AI.
• 48% of companies said AI adoption has been a major disappointment.
