Yeogi-eottae Automates Design Repetition with AI-Based Introduction Builder

The Yeogi-eottae platform design team developed an AI-based introduction builder to reduce the effort involved in repeatedly creating introductions and sales decks. Previously, layouts and graphics had to be manually configured for each document, but the team designed the system to convert the introduction creation SOP organized by the internal UX Writer into a structure that AI can understand, generating consistent outputs.

Builder Development Process

Initially, existing AI template services such as Gamma and Genspark were tried, but they had limitations in applying Yeogi-eottae's brand standards. Subsequently, a proprietary web builder was constructed using Google Canvas and Claude, and Figma design rules were implemented as web code via the Pencil Extension of Google Antigravity. Users select one of three modes—input mode, one-click mode, or manual mode—to enter content, and the AI classifies it into appropriate categories and types to generate the introduction.

Key Features and Limitations

The builder automates the design decision-making process, helping users focus on content. It also integrates an icon generator feature, allowing graphics needed within the introduction to be generated instantly. Results from usability testing with POs over approximately 1–2 weeks showed that design consistency was maintained within existing templates, but scalability in maintaining existing design patterns when new content is added still requires improvement.
