The Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU is introducing ElevenLabs' AI voice technology for press conferences held over the next six months. Through this, all press conferences will be dubbed and provided in Polish, English, and French.

The purpose of this innovative partnership is to increase accessibility so that more citizens across Europe can easily understand and engage with key EU discussions. The dubbed content can be viewed on the Presidency's official YouTube channel, and viewers can select their preferred language track.

Key features and security details are as follows:

• Voice quality: AI-generated voices or cloned voices of the speakers are used to preserve the speaker's tone and intonation.
• Accuracy and security: Professional translation firms verify translation accuracy, and explicit consent is obtained for voice use to comply with GDPR.
• Safety: The service has been reviewed by the cybersecurity department to meet security standards, and technical safeguards are applied to prevent unauthorized voice cloning.

The service is provided free of charge, without a paid partnership with a private company.
