Establishment of a New Enterprise AI Services Company

Anthropic announced that it will establish a new AI services company together with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs. This organization aims to bring Claude into the core operational processes of mid-sized enterprises.

Anthropic's Applied AI engineers will work together with client companies' engineering teams to identify the points that can have the greatest impact on the business, build customized solutions, and provide long-term technical support.

This new company will perform the following roles:

• Supporting mid-sized enterprises: Targeting regional banks, mid-sized manufacturers, regional healthcare systems, and others that lack their own AI-building capabilities.
• Building customized workflows: Developing tools optimized for real-world work processes, such as documentation or coding tasks in healthcare settings, to improve operational efficiency.
• Expanding service capacity: Unlike the existing Claude Partner Network (which includes Accenture, Deloitte, and others) that serves large enterprises, this expands service delivery capability to a broader market.

The company is backed by major asset management firms including General Atlantic, Sequoia Capital, and Apollo Global Management.
