The system prompt includes integration settings with various sources such as spending data (Ramp, Brex, etc.), contract information, and usage logs, along with negotiation guardrails (allowed reasons, prohibited information, etc.). The bot uses market prices and competitive quotes to discover savings opportunities and prepare for negotiations.

To date, it has identified direct savings of over $100,000. Key cases include:
