The Ling 3.0 Flash Sante model, specialized for medical and healthcare tasks, has been added to Vercel AI Gateway and is available for free until October 4. This model is the medical-specific version of Ling 3.0 Flash, developed by inclusionAI, and adopts a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architecture.

Model Performance and Features

Ling 3.0 Flash Sante has a total of 124B parameters, using approximately 5.1B active parameters per token. It supports a context window of 256K tokens and provides function calling capabilities. It is optimized for medical reasoning, specialized healthcare tasks, deep research, evidence-based retrieval, and multi-step medical workflows, while maintaining the general reasoning, coding, and agent capabilities of the base model.

Free Usage and Billing Policy

During the free period, access is available through two model IDs.

• inclusionai/ling-3.0-flash-sante: Free until October 4, after which billing automatically begins when the promotion ends.
• inclusionai/ling-3.0-flash-sante-free: Service is discontinued instead of billing when the promotion ends.

Free requests are recorded in the usage dashboard but are not billed. The model can be called by specifying the model ID via the AI SDK, and in coding agent environments, it can be integrated using the vercel ai-gateway coding-agents setup command.
