The integration between Replit and Databricks officially launched (GA) on September 10, 2026. This update includes Native Lakebase support, eliminating manual setup processes by having the Replit Agent automatically provision Lakebase databases during deployment.

• Security and Governance: Inherits existing Databricks security and governance controls, reducing infrastructure and compliance tasks.

• Automated Preview Deploys: Automatically generates isolated Preview environments separate from live business data to support safe builds and reviews.
• Supervised AI Migration Flow: Provides unified permissions, Lineage, and Audit for Lakebase data via Unity Catalog. Team approval is required before live updates when DB changes occur.
