Interrupt 2026 Preview: Agents at Enterprise Scale

Last year's first Interrupt brought 800 people together at The Midway, where teams from Cisco, Uber, J.P. Morgan, Replit, LinkedIn, BlackRock, and others shared what it takes to bring agents into real production. That event also saw the unveiling of LangSmith Deployment, a redesigned LangSmith Studio, and new observability tools.

This year's question is more specific. The focus has shifted from "can agents work in production" to how to operate agents at enterprise scale, and how to organize teams, tools, and infrastructure around them. Interrupt 2026 will be held on May 13-14 at The Midway in San Francisco.

Keynotes on the first and second days will be given by Harrison Chase, who will share lessons learned from working with thousands of teams over the past year, along with the product roadmap and industry outlook. Andrew Ng will also speak about what's next for agents, and a conversation with Chirantan "CJ" Desai will explore how the data layer changes as agents move beyond experimentation into production systems. Aaron Levie will also join to discuss how AI agents are transforming enterprise workflows.

Real-world operational cases will be at the center of the stage.

• Lyft: Builds evals in LangSmith tailored to product policies, user flows, and edge cases, and creates a feedback loop between failed traces, operations teams, and engineering.
• Apple: Built a low-code agent platform used by 15,000+ employees, and redesigned its approach to constructing graphs at runtime with LangGraph, changing assumptions around dynamic building, caching, and context management.
• LinkedIn: Built an AI recruiting agent that automates hiring work using LangSmith and LangGraph, explaining that this increased hiring speed by 10x.

There will also be real-world case studies from large enterprises like Toyota, LATAM Airlines, and Honeywell, as well as tech companies like Coinbase, Chime, Rippling, monday.com, and Clay. Beyond the sessions, the event will feature AMAs with product teams, exhibition-style demo stations, workshops covering Deep Agents, LangSmith Align Evals, and Insights Agent, and spaces to meet speakers directly.
