i-have-adhd: Remove 'Great question' and put action in the first sentence

This project solves the problem of coding assistants burying core answers in preambles and small talk. It eliminates greetings like 'Great question' and unnecessary context explanations, forcing output to contain only commands and file modification instructions that users can execute immediately. The goal is to reduce cognitive load by applying an ADHD-specific structure.

It controls answer formatting by applying 10 strict output rules. The next action is placed in the first sentence, and multi-step tasks are numbered. Lists are limited to 5 items, and time estimates are presented in specific minutes rather than vague terms like 'a little.' The current status is restated every turn, and errors are conveyed as facts without emotion.

It is provided as a plugin compatible with major AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Gemini. Unlike traditional approaches that adjust the length or tone of answers, it redesigns the structure itself to be 'action-first.' By forking and modifying the SKILL.md file, you can easily customize the output rules to fit your personal environment.

It is suitable for developers who do not want to waste energy reading verbose AI explanations.
