The Kakao BizPlatform Development Team is recruiting new crew members for 2022. This team develops and operates a platform that expands various connections, including people, services, brands, shopping, and chatbots, based on KakaoTalk.

Key Recruitment Parts and Responsibilities

Recruitment is divided into four main parts, each responsible for specific functions within the KakaoTalk ecosystem.

• Transactional Service Development Part: Develops transactional platforms and checkout services that handle reservations, bookings, and orders, such as food ordering and chatbot-based beverage ordering within KakaoTalk. Supports payment, delivery, and settlement logic based on product characteristics.
• Bizmessage Development Part: Operates a platform that integrates in real-time with external services to deliver notifications such as order details and waiting numbers to users. Includes services linked to external consultation solutions like Consultation Talk.
• Channel Service Development Part: Improves internal processes to allow business partners to easily sign up for and get approved for KakaoTalk Channels, and develops features that connect partner assets with channel services.
• Smart Chat Development Part: Operates a platform supporting tens of thousands of chatbots. Performs natural language processing, machine learning, and data analysis alongside the development of OpenBuilder (now Chatbot Center), a scenario-based chatbot creation tool.

Because the team handles a wide range of areas from transaction platforms to natural language processing chatbot platforms within a single team, different technology stacks are required for each part.
