Kakao Tech Blog introduced a growth story detailing vivi's experience during the 2019 Winter Developer Internship. vivi, a job seeker majoring in programming and design, passed coding tests and interviews to join the internship and currently works as a KakaoTalk iPhone client developer.

During the internship, vivi completed collaborative and individual tasks, gaining development collaboration experience such as establishing branch strategies and managing issues via JIRA. In this process, vivi cited 'autonomy' and 'sharing and communication' as Kakao's culture, interpreting them as 'responsible freedom'.

After the internship, vivi became a full-time employee through a conversion interview. Even in a remote work environment due to COVID-19, vivi continues to work using VPN and video conferencing tools, and is developing technical skills by conducting weekly studies based on feedback received during the internship.
