David Morgan, Replit's new Teacher + Customer Success lead, has joined the team and introduced an effective approach to programming education using Replit in the classroom.

The core feature is Multiplayer. Similar to Google Docs, it allows multiple users to collaborate on code in real time, and Teams for Edu provides a collaborative educational environment by default.

In particular, using the 'Threads' feature makes supporting students' learning much easier:

• A student highlights the code where an error occurred and runs 'Start Thread'.
• The teacher receives a notification and jumps straight to that code to check the issue.
• The teacher edits the code or leaves comments in real time to resolve the student's problem.

This approach dramatically reduces the cumbersome process of exchanging emails or screenshots, minimizing communication friction between educators and students and boosting collaboration efficiency.
