ElevenLabs Unveils Agent Templates

ElevenLabs has added pre-configured Agent Templates to ElevenAgents.

Each template comes pre-loaded with a system prompt, workflow, and integration settings, reducing the time needed to design from a blank state.

The main categories are as follows.

• Customer support: support triage, e-commerce response, issue resolution
• Education and enablement: onboarding, tutoring, internal training
• GTM: outbound sales, survey/feedback collection, lead qualification classification
• Receptionists: front desk, healthcare, hospitality, reservation response

Example templates include Customer Support, E-commerce Customer Experience, New Hire Onboarding Assistant, Outbound Sales Representative, Inbound Lead Qualifier, Front Desk Receptionist, Healthcare Receptionist, and Hospitality Concierge.
