Product Work is broadly divided into three stages: Impact, Execution, and Optics. Many experts believe the Impact stage is a human domain and leave it as such, but given the appropriate context, Claude can perform tasks in all of these stages faster and more accurately than humans.

In particular, Optics work is the area best suited for automation. By automating the task of sharing a team's progress to the appropriate forums, unnecessary communication costs can be reduced and the Flow of work can be maintained. For example, you can build a workflow that collects data from Slack, Google Sheets, PM journals, etc., and automatically generates and reports status updates.
