SK Planet Runs 'Unplugged' Mini Library to Share AI-Focused Development Books In-House

SK Planet's Technical Support Team has opened and begun operating an unplugged mini library called 'Temido' for in-house developers and engineers. To address delays in new title updates and the inconvenience of viewing code in the existing online library, the team switched to sharing books purchased for work purposes offline.

Temido prioritizes purchasing AI-related books above all else, and applies minimal rules that place no burden on operators or borrowers. Lending records are kept, but strict return deadlines are not enforced, and the library uses a handwritten log instead of adopting vibe coding or automation tools, opting for a simple, human-centered operating style.

At launch, it started with about 150 books across 2 bookshelves, and from late August through November, the latest AI development books covering Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and n8n proved highly popular. Going forward, rather than aggressively expanding its scale, the plan is to focus on providing the latest AI-centered knowledge in a timely manner through a 'diet' of donating or clearing out older books.
