NVIDIA has adopted ChatGPT Work to help knowledge workers reduce the time spent on information gathering and focus more on actual execution. In particular, the GTM (Go-To-Market) and Solution Architect teams are using it to organize, automate, and scale their operations.

GTM Strategist Will Daney automated repetitive manual tasks involved in preparing for GTC, NVIDIA's global AI conference. Previously, organizing account lists and tracking registration status in spreadsheets consumed 40% of his work time, but he now saves approximately 16 hours per week using ChatGPT Work.

Rachita Jain from the AI Operations team uses ChatGPT to curate information from the rapidly changing AI industry.

• Information Filtering: Analyzes 25–40 external AI updates weekly to derive 5–8 key Actionable signals.
• Prototype Creation: Significantly reduced the prototype creation period from the previous 2–3 weeks to 3–5 days.

NVIDIA plans to scale these successful workflows across the entire organization, converting specialized knowledge into reusable processes and quickly connecting external changes with internal priorities.
