ElevenLabs Revives Salvador Dalí's Voice with Hyper-Realistic AI Technology

ElevenLabs collaborated with creative agency Goodby Silverstein & Partners(GS&P) to unveil the 'Dial Dalí' project, which recreates Salvador Dalí's voice. By calling a specific number within the United States, users can have a real-time conversation with an AI-realized voice of Dalí.

This project combines ElevenLabs' advanced voice cloning technology with GPT-4. By training on Dalí's past recordings and interview data, it precisely reproduces his distinctive intonation, rhythm, and even the natural switching between Spanish and English.

Rather than simple voice playback, generative AI enables dynamic conversations where the system responds to users' questions in Dalí's persona. Phone connectivity and management are handled through Twilio.

This project was launched to commemorate the 120th anniversary of Dalí's birth, and it demonstrates ElevenLabs' mission to preserve and expand humanity's voices and cultural heritage through AI.
