Yampa Partners with ElevenLabs to Scale High-Intensity Outbound Voice Intelligence

France's conversational AI company Yampa integrated ElevenLabs Flash V2.5 into its own orchestration layer to build high-performance voice agents capable of handling hundreds of simultaneous interactions with human-like precision.

Existing TTS solutions had technical limitations including performance degradation during large-scale concurrent calls, latency spikes, and maintaining voice quality under overload conditions. To address this, Yampa developed its own TTS-LLM-STT orchestrator that manages streaming, timing, and concurrency.

Through its partnership with ElevenLabs, Yampa achieved the following technical results.

• Instant interaction: Conversations at response speeds similar to human agents
• Maintained voice quality: Natural audio delivery even under large-scale outbound load
• Unlimited scalability: Stability with no performance degradation even at 500+ concurrent calls

Over six months of real-world operation, First Contact Resolution (FCR) increased by 31%, and voice response latency decreased by 58% under high-intensity load. Notably, it recorded 100% stability in environments with 500+ concurrent calls.

Going forward, Yampa plans to adopt ElevenLabs' Real-time STT to further reduce end-to-end latency and enhance the responsiveness of autonomous agents, providing an even smoother customer experience.
