Precise Qualification Based on Multiple Signals

Dom evolved from initial single-call-based verification to a multi-signal waterfall approach that combines post-call website analysis with startup support program eligibility checks. This increased qualification accuracy from 78% to 92%, providing pathways for leads to convert even when answers are uncertain or calls end early.

Flexible Routing and Multilingual Support

Dom uses ElevenAgents Workflows to flexibly route leads to demo scheduling, self-service sign-up, or customer support based on their profile and responses.
