• Multimodal and multilingual support: Multimodal capability supporting both text and voice simultaneously, along with automatic language detection that identifies languages without separate configuration, improves the efficiency of global service operations.
• Enterprise-grade operations: Support for HIPAA compliance, EU data residency guarantees, and integration of Batch Calling and SIP trunking that automate large-scale outbound calls meets enterprises' large-scale operational requirements.
