Immobiliare.it, Italy's largest real estate platform, built a conversational voice agent using the ElevenLabs Agents Platform as part of its transition to becoming an AI-native company. This solution was designed to reduce the burden of spam calls on sellers while meeting the needs of buyers who want quick responses.

The agent has natural conversations in Italian based on listing data in JSON format, answering questions about listings, collecting Lead information, and summarizing the conversation content. Initially, the company considered the OpenAI API, but ultimately chose ElevenLabs for greater flexibility and Italian language support, completing the integration in just 5 minutes.

The development process proceeded in two stages:

• Prototype: Built a backend for voice input and response generation using real-time listing data with n8n and ElevenLabs.
• Production: Implemented scalable backend integration after prompt tuning and data validation.

After deployment, the service achieved remarkable results in its metrics. Over 70% of sellers opted for this feature, the Lead qualification rate surged from 19% to 63%, and the phone number provision rate jumped from 42% to 73%. Additionally, about 80% of users responded positively to the feature.
